As Property Manager at Shoreline Property Management, Charish oversees the day-to-day management of residential properties while ensuring both owners and tenants receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, managing tenant relations, overseeing leasing and renewals, and ensuring each property operates efficiently and complies with local regulations.

With years of hands-on experience in repairs, maintenance, and problem-solving, he plays a key role in keeping projects organized and running smoothly. As the Maintenance Coordinator for Handyman 208, he oversees maintenance requests, coordinates service scheduling, and ensures every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
